It has been suggested that my photographs looked like backgrounds
without a subject. My response is that the background is my subject.
Over the weekend made a few changes to the blog design which should make it easier to read and to view the images.

Hummm!!...looks like those old fashioned double doors make a fitting subject. Perhaps this person doesn't understand your docu. of these old towns. I for one enjoy!
Lack of understanding is probably the problem. Knowledge/understanding comes from experience and many folks have never spent time in these some communities. Their's is a different world.
