Along Main Street aka US 40 are several trophy homes from the past. Some are B&B's, others have been divided into apartments and/or businesses. Today such homes can been found on the edge of town in quiet, safe and protected neighborhoods. Private transportation has enabled a greater distance between home and businesses.

Trophy Homes
Along Main Street aka US 40 are several trophy homes from the past. Some are B&B's, others have been divided into apartments and/or businesses. Today such homes can been found on the edge of town in quiet, safe and protected neighborhoods. Private transportation has enabled a greater distance between home and businesses.
Sometimes when those old, grand homes get divided up it can be so sad to me... I wish I could have seen them in their glory days.
