Westminster Club Dog Show

Scout and I just finished watching the Westminster Dog Show and the Best of Show was a Beagle. For the first time a beagle has won. Scout and I are beyond happy.

Greenhouse

One of the few remainding Hill greenhouses. While preparing this film image for the blog, I made a larger version to print. The inkjet print is much better then the traditional silver print that I made. This is for me, is the "crossover" image. Today's digital software, scanners, inkjet printers, and paper allow fine prints that rival traditional darkroom work.

Red Door

This is a film image that has been scanned. A couple of days ago I attempted to reprint a digital photograph. The CD on which the image was located could not be read! Seems the disc is corrupted and can not be opened. A wake up call. From now on my important/personal images will be on film.
